Tony started singing at a very young age, he attended worthing theater school and is a trained musical theater singer and actor.
He has been in numerous bands as lead or backing singer.
Tony (AKA Spectromatix) is a self taught composer, sound engineer and singer. He started working with music in the 80's, designing many audio engines and tool chains used by music producers for early video games, his systems were used in, such as Terminator 1 & 2 and The Alien Trilogy, Activision Asteroids (Delux).
It was during this time he came into contact with many musicians and producers, learning production and composition from their example.
He has written synth software for the Roland S50 & W30 samplers. Spent time as a Fairlight CMI Operator (II & IIx).
Even after all these years, he admits he still gets it wrong occasionally and can get really stuck with a mix.
Bureaucrat by day, musician by night, Glenn Kirchner plays and programs synths for the Analog Coalition.
Raised in Latin America, Glenn was heavily influenced by the international music scene. He began playing synthesizers in the early 80's. In 1986, Glenn founded the critically acclaimed synthpop band "Orpheus" in Mexico City.
In the late 80s, Glenn was further trained in synthesizers by Roger Dumas in Minnesota. Dumas wrote manuals for Moog Music and then ARP instruments, and has earned Gold and platinum records for his work with Janet Jackson and Lipps, which performed the hit “Funkytown.”
Now living in Austin, Texas, Glenn plays the synthesizers and is the lead vocalist for early 80's style, synthpop band, Zurückspulen.
He credits bands such as Depeche Mode, Blancmange, Bronski Beat, and Gary Numan for significantly influencing his style.
